If you are having problems with your PC and are unsure of how to solve the issue we can do the hard work for you. Time is charged at £30.00 per hour although most issues are resolved within the first hour.

If during the PC Repair service we determine that further diagnostics are required we will need to return the computer to our workshop and continue working on it. At this point you will be given an estimate for the work or we will contact you with an estimate upon diagnosis of the problem.

If we offer a solution to your problem and you decide that you do not want to go ahead with the repair there is a diagnosis fee equivalent of 1 hours work. Edge PCs No Callout Charge is valid to all areas within the main Bristol area. Areas outside of this may be subject to the hourly repair charge for travel also.
